What should you know before you sign this?
Upload the contract and get a plain-English read on what it commits you to — the renewal traps, the price mechanics, the exit rights, and the questions worth asking before it goes to signature. Written for the person who has to sign it, not for a lawyer.
What makes this different from asking a chatbot
Every finding is quoted
Each thing we raise points at the exact wording in your document that it came from. If a finding cannot be traced to the text, it is dropped rather than shown.
Compared against the norm
A 60-day notice period means little on its own. We compare the terms against what is typical for that kind of contract, so you can see what is unusual.
Never a verdict
This will not tell you a contract is safe to sign, because software cannot know that. It tells you what to be aware of and what to ask before you decide.
Common questions
- Do you keep my contract?
- No. The file is read in memory and discarded when the check finishes. Only the report is stored, so you can come back to it from the link.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Lumipact is not a law firm and no lawyer reads your contract. The check surfaces things worth asking about — for anything that matters, have a qualified professional review the document.
- What kinds of contracts does it handle?
- Software subscriptions, service agreements, leases, NDAs, staffing and supply agreements — anything a small company signs with a vendor or partner. PDF or Word, up to 30 pages.
- What happens after I sign?
- That is what the rest of Lumipact does: it stores the contract, watches the notice deadline, and warns you before it renews so the next renewal happens on your timetable rather than the vendor's.
