Features · after the signature

You already signed it. Lumipact makes sure it never surprises you.

Every capability here exists for what happens after a contract is signed: the deadlines, the renewals, the money already committed.

Free to start · no card · or check one contract without an account

Notice, not renewal
Alerts count down to the deadline that binds you, not the date on the invoice.
7 steps
Alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days out.
Every field
Traced back to the clause it was read from.
Your key

Six jobs a spreadsheet cannot do

Each one starts with the thing that actually goes wrong.

01

Pain · Contracts pile up in inboxes and old drives, and nobody processes them.

AI intake, in bulk or by email

Drop a folder of PDFs or forward the email. Counterparty, dates, value and type come back filled in, filed and referenced — not sitting in a queue waiting for someone's Tuesday.

  • PDF, Word or scanned image — OCR included
  • A per-workspace ingest address vendors can email directly
  • Reference number, owner, department and category on every file

02

Pain · You notice the auto-renewal when the invoice arrives.

Notice periods, counted for you

The renewal date is not the deadline — the notice window is. Lumipact counts both, escalates as the window narrows, and turns each alert into a decision with an owner.

  • A 7-step ladder from 90 days out to the day before
  • Renew, renegotiate or cancel — tracked, not just flagged
  • Google, Outlook and Apple calendar feeds, plus Slack

03

Pain · The answer is in a contract somewhere — finding it means opening ten PDFs.

Ask across the whole portfolio

Plain questions, answered from your structured contract data — with the contracts the answer came from listed underneath, so you can check it before you quote it in a board meeting.

  • Portfolio questions: what renews in Q1, what we spend on SaaS
  • Per-document chat for clauses, payment terms and obligations
  • Every answer cites its sources — no unsourced summaries

04

Pain · Nobody can say what you owe one vendor in total.

One page per counterparty

Every supplier and customer gets a profile with all their agreements attached: total exposure, next renewal, who to call. Useful the day before a negotiation.

  • Contact details and business identifiers in one record
  • Total annual value and renewal dates at a glance
  • First and last contract dates tracked as the relationship grows

05

Pain · Everyone sees everything — or the wrong person approved it alone.

Roles, entities and sign-off

Scope visibility by department and legal entity, then set a value threshold above which nothing is committed without a second pair of eyes.

  • Admin, Manager and Viewer, scoped to a department
  • Contracts organised per legal entity or business unit
  • Approval rules by contract value, logged with the decision

06

Pain · You cannot say what the business is committed to next year.

Commitments, twelve months out

Annual spend rolled up across currencies, split by department and category, with a renewal timeline that shows the value at risk month by month.

  • Multi-currency roll-up in real time
  • Spend by department and category, drill-down to the contract
  • Export for the board pack, or read it over the API

Who this is for

The person who finds out last

CEOs, finance leads and operations teams — whoever is accountable for what the business has already signed. A few hundred agreements or a few thousand, spread between a shared drive, an inbox and one heroic spreadsheet. Lumipact makes that portfolio answerable in an afternoon, not a quarter.

Bring your own AI

Your contracts, read under your own AI account.

Extraction runs on Anthropic's Claude. By default that happens under our account. Connect your own Anthropic API key in workspace settings and it runs under yours instead — your contract text processed under your agreement, on your billing, with your retention terms. Anthropic does not train on data submitted through its commercial API either way.

How contract data is handled

Workspace settings · AI provider

Anthropic · your keyActive

Extraction, renewal analysis and the contract check all run through whichever key is configured here.

  • Add your key in settings — it applies to the next extraction
  • Encrypted at rest, and never leaves your workspace
  • Switch back at any time; nothing already extracted changes

Also included

Smaller pieces that matter once contracts are actually in the system.

Traceable extraction

Every extracted field shows the clause it came from, so you can check the AI rather than trust it. Correct anything in place and the change is recorded.

Decisions, not just alerts

Each approaching renewal gets a tracked decision — renew, renegotiate, cancel — with an owner and a deadline, so an alert turns into an outcome.

Calendar feed

Subscribe to your renewal and notice deadlines from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Read-only, and revocable.

Slack notifications

Send renewal alerts to a Slack channel as well as email, so the deadline lands where the team already is.

Approvals before signature

Set a value threshold above which a contract needs sign-off, so nothing significant is committed to without a second pair of eyes.

API, webhooks and MCP

Webhooks fire on renewal events, a REST API reads your portfolio, and an MCP server lets AI tools you already use query your contracts directly.

Upload ten contracts. See what you missed.

The first sitting is usually the one that finds something. Start with whatever is nearest to hand.
