How is commission tracked?
Every partner gets a unique referral link. When a client clicks your link and upgrades to a paid plan, the commission is attributed to your account automatically. You can see all your referrals and payouts in your partner dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer or PayPal, with a minimum threshold of €50. You receive a payout statement each month showing which clients contributed.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required?
No minimums, no targets, no pressure. The program is designed for advisors who want to recommend a tool they genuinely believe in — not to hit quotas.
Can I use Lumipact myself as part of the partnership?
Yes. Active partners get a complimentary Lumipact account so you can use it with your own contracts and demonstrate it to clients firsthand.
Do you provide co-marketing materials?
Yes. Partners receive branded one-pagers, email templates you can send to clients, and co-branded versions of our free resources (like the renewal tracking template). We can also do joint webinars or newsletter features.
What if a client I referred is already signed up?
If a client signed up before you referred them, the commission doesn't apply. If they signed up through your link, it does — even if they were already aware of Lumipact.
Is this available outside Europe?
Yes. Lumipact works with clients across Europe and the US. Partners can be based anywhere, though our current tooling and support is strongest for EU-based SMBs.
