What counts as a contract?

Any agreement you need to track later: supplier contracts, software subscriptions, leases, insurance, NDAs, and employment agreements.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a card.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade as your company changes.

What happens to my contracts if I cancel?

You can export your data at any time. Account data is deleted after cancellation according to your retention settings.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Do you integrate with Google Drive or Dropbox?
