Questions
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so inviting finance, operations and whoever signs things costs nothing extra. Tiers are decided by contract volume.
What counts as a contract?
Any agreement you need to track after signing: supplier contracts, software subscriptions, leases, insurance, NDAs and employment agreements.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. You get full access throughout. When it ends, choose a plan to continue.
What if I hit the contract limit?
Add packs of 100 contracts for $9/month from your billing page, or move up a tier when it makes sense. Nothing is deleted and no charge is applied automatically — no auto-upgrades.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, as your portfolio changes.
What happens to my contracts if I cancel?
You can export everything at any time. Account data is deleted after cancellation in line with your retention settings.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per workspace. The security page has the detail, including which subprocessors see what.
Do you integrate with Google Drive or Dropbox?
Not yet. Contracts get in by bulk upload, CSV import, or forwarding to your workspace's ingest address.
